It protects your back whether you’re mountain biking or doing winter sports and is the real deal when it comes to comfort. The brand-new, highly flexible LITESHIELD FLEX back protector provides excellent impact absorption (EN1621-2 Level 1) and moves with your body for a barely-there feel. The S.LEISURE™ functional fabric made from polyester is just as snug-fitting. It has the right amount of stretch, is breathable, and dries quickly. And the best part: It’s much more eco-friendly than other elastane fabrics. How come? For one, less water and energy is used during the manufacturing process. Also, the fabric has a mechanical stretch, which means no elastane is used to create the elasticity. As a result, the fabric, and thus the vest, can be recycled. Only the protector (also recyclable but made of TPE) and the hip belt (not yet recyclable) have to be removed. The S.Café® technology, which is also eco-friendly, helps neutralize odours. And as soon as you’re back home, the loose-fitting vest can go straight into the washing machine.Shipping Notes

Easy Claims Process
It is not a long complicated process to file and resolve a claim. Be warned--sometimes they will want you to send back the defective or damaged product, even if it's not worth the shipping ---they pay. Overall worth the investment though.

Asurion you made the return process simple
