The body is solid mahogany with an asymmetric bevel carved top that reduces weight and adds forearm comfort without muting the attack. A 25-inch scale length balances snap and bendability, so slinky sets still intonate and heavier gauges do not feel like cables. PRS’s patented tremolo sits low and returns to pitch predictably when set up flush. Top plate mass and knife edges are engineered for clean response, and the bridge does not rattle or soak up sustain.
