This is the 5th and possibly last in my "Jar Ladies" series. As with all my work, there is meaningful symbolism. This series really tells the story of these ladies who live in jars, contemplating and emerging from their safe protective environment and into the outer world. These ladies have been dancing around their jars, sleeping in their jars and now seem to be emerging ,floating, with a wonderful nature scene in the background outside their windows. This scene is symbolic of their connection to the nature and the world outside. Which contains greater and expansive life and renewal,represented by the mountains, flowing river, trees, moon and stars. They are beginning to integrate their inner world with the outer world.
