The suspension performance of the FL5 Type R is setup at a very high level in the normal state, and it boasts extremely high performance not only in terms of comfort but also in terms of cornering performance. This release model is finally complete as it fully corresponds to the genuine 3 mode (+R / Sport / Comfort) switching without sacrificing the driving performance of the Type R, and is thoroughly committed to the ride comfort.

- Front Spring Rate: 3.5-5.5kgf/mm
- Rear Spring Rate: 2.5-4.5kgf/mm
- Front Height Reduction: -25mm
- Rear Height Reduction: -20mm
Variable rates, combined with the included bump rubber, allows for a setting that further improves cornering performance. It demonstrates extremely stable potential from low to medium speeds, and even at high speeds.
After thorough temperature control and molding with appropriate materials, low-temperature annealing is performed to create a strong spring with increased tensile strength (200kg class).
Zinc Powder Coating
By applying a special base coat, paint peeling caused by fllying stones or spring interference is minimized. It also has excellent corrosion resistance, so it can be used in snowy areas or in environments with lot of dirt and mud.
