"Green apple, a little nutty, slight fennel and herb notes. It's fleshy and textured, green apple and lemon/tangerine sorbet, has weight too, but it's balanced and long with it. There's a bit of Rheinhessen here! (though don't mind me). Superb drinking, and value with it."
