  Shipping Policy on Nail Lacquers (Flammable Materials)

  The Federal Law for shipping consumer commodities has stated that all nail lacquers (Bonding and Sealing Formula, Franken Formula, and Glitter Toes Kits) are considered to be flammable material and cannot be shipped by air. Shipping by air includes USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and International Mail.

  Because Glitties nail lacquers must be shipped by USPS Parcel Post (ground), your package can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to be delivered. If you choose the Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express option during checkout, only the non-flammable products will be shipped Priority Mail and all other nail lacquers or glitter toes kits will be shipped separately by ground.

  *We cannot ship Bonding Formula, Sealing Formula, Franken Formula or Glitter Toes Kits to Alaska, Hawaii, or International. Sorry, we wish we could!

  USPS First Class Mail

  Because our products do not weigh very much, we are able to ship most orders First Class Mail. First Class Mail prices start as low as $3.50. Delivery time is 2–5 business days.

  USPS Parcel Post

  Parcel Post (Ground Shipping) is really only recommended for orders that weigh over 13 ounces with nail lacquers. Delivery time is 2-10 business days.

  USPS Priority Mail

  For faster delivery, choose Priority Mail for a few more dollars. Priority Mail prices start as low as $6.15; delivery time is a fast 1-3 business days.

  USPS Priority Mail Express

  Need your items pronto, this shipping option is for you! Priority Mail Express gives you an overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. locations; prices start at $20.00.

  USPS First Class Mail International

  Prices starts as low as $7.50, but could take up to 4 weeks for your items to be delivered. Delivery time varies depending on your location. This shipping option is NOT recommended by Glitties. Depending on your country, any extra duties or taxes charged by importing will be paid by the customer.

  USPS Priority Mail International

  This option has a much quicker delivery time, and is more reliable with a delivery tracking number and insurance. Prices start at $20.50; delivery time is 7-14 business days. Depending on your country, any extra duties or taxes charged by importing will be paid by the customer.
