Du côté de la Moravie du Sud, Milan Nestarec s'est installé en 2001 et a immédiatement fait le choix de l'Agriculture Biologique comme mode de conduite de ses 8 hectares. Ici, on travaille de manière traditionnelle (les blancs macérés sur peaux sont une véritable culture dans ce coin du monde ...) et totalement naturelle, à la vigne comme à la cave. Les vins de Milan Nestarec sont une invitation au voyage, pour celles et ceux qui ont envie d'élargir un peu leurs horizons ! Tout ici est très bon, macérations ou vinifications classiques; on peut dire que Milan est un vinificateur hors pair !
