Eye Plus Vision+Protection from Doppelherz system contains a combination of nutrients that contribute to the maintenance of normal vision and cell protection. It contains two capsules of selected vitamins and trace elements, as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids to provide nutrients to our eyes.

Capsule 1: Vitamins for the maintenance of vision

Capsule 1 contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin B2 also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Vitamins A and B2: Vitamin A and vitamin B2 contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin B2 also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

15 mg lutein + 1 mg zeaxanthin + 25 mg blueberry extract: Lutein and zeaxanthin are found primarily in plant-based foods, such as green vegetables. The macula of the retina contains a high concentration of these substances.

DHA from highly concentrated marine fish oil: The omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is found in the photoreceptor cells of the retina. Doppelherz system capsules contain a high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3 concentrate achieves an omega-3 fatty acid content of 55%. Conventional fish oil products contain only approximately 30%. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

Doppelherz system Augen Sehkraft+Schutz contains 110 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) per capsule from marine fish oil with a high omega-3 fatty acid content.

Capsule 2: Nutrients for Cell Protection Systems

Capsule 2 contains vitamins C and E, and the trace elements selenium, zinc, and copper, helping to protect cells from oxidative stress.

The visual process and repeated exposure to light expose the eye to increased levels of oxidative stress. However, free radicals are also produced during normal vision. To degrade these free radicals, our body has its own antioxidant defense system. Therefore, you should consume sufficient and regular amounts of vitamins C and E, as well as the trace elements selenium, zinc, and copper, through your diet.

Zinc also contributes to the normal metabolism of vitamin A and, like vitamin A, plays a role in maintaining normal vision.

Use

The daily portion consists of two different capsules. Take capsule 1 and capsule 2 once a day with a meal (e.g., breakfast) with plenty of liquid and without chewing.
