Natural Colon and Liver Detox

Restore your vitality with Dr. Miller's Holy Tea, a time-tested herbal blend designed to cleanse the digestive tract and promote consistent regularity.

Formulated with Holy Thistle, Persimmon leaves, and Marsh Mallow, this tea gently flushes toxic waste, parasites, and metabolic buildup from the colon and liver.

By achieving two to three bowel movements daily, you support healthy weight management, clear skin, and increased energy levels. Unlike harsh laxatives, Holy Tea uses natural mucilage to soothe gastrointestinal linings while supporting the body's natural detoxification pathways.

Experience a total body cleanse that clarifies your system, reduces bloating, and builds a foundation for long-term systemic health.

  • Promotes Gentle Regularity: Encourages two to three natural bowel movements daily to ensure toxic waste is eliminated rather than sitting in the digestive system.
  • Soothes Gastrointestinal Linings: High in natural mucilage from Marsh Mallow and Malva leaves to coat and protect the stomach and intestinal membranes from irritation.
  • Breaks Down Toxic Waste: Works effectively to flush out chemicals, metabolic byproducts, and environmental pollutants that can cause fatigue and aches.
  • Supports Liver Detoxification: Contains Holy Thistle and Blessed Thistle, which provide silymarin to assist the liver in filtering toxins and stimulating healthy bile flow.
  • Aids Weight Management: Assists in healthy weight goals by removing undigested remains and sluggish deposits from the colon.
  • Respiratory and Throat Comfort: The demulcent properties of Marsh Mallow soothe irritated bronchial pathways and support clear breathing.
  • Natural Histamine Support: Persimmon leaves contain astragalin, helping to inhibit histamine release for relief from itchy eyes, nose, and skin.
  • Boosts Energy and Mood: By clearing sluggish elimination, this tea helps resolve dark moods and fatigue associated with a toxic digestive system.
  • Enhances Nutrient Absorption: Acts as a digestive tonic to encourage the secretion of gastric juices, ensuring you get the most from your food and supplements.
  • Pure and Senna-Free: Provides a safe, effective cleanse without the harsh cramping or bowel dependency associated with stimulant laxatives.

Formulated by Bill Miller, Ph.D, Holy Tea is a unique blend of all natural ingredients that has been used with great results for over 20 years. Holy Tea’s name is taken from the traditional name of one of the ingredients, a widely-used medicinal herb known as Holy Thistle.

Benefits of Ingredients

This professional botanical selection utilizes time-tested herbs to support digestive regularity, liver detoxification, and respiratory comfort. By combining mucilaginous leaves with potent bitter tonics, these ingredients assist the body in maintaining clear pathways and optimal metabolic waste removal.

The specially selected ingredients in Holy Tea are high-quality, pesticide-free, safe, natural and edible - all grown in the southern United States.

1. Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus)

Bitter tonic that stimulates digestive secretions and bile production. Blessed Thistle has been valued since the early sixteenth century for its diverse health-supporting qualities.

  • Digestive and Liver Support: Traditionally used to make bowel movements easier and cleanse a congested liver, it helps relieve occasional constipation, upset stomach, and gas.
  • Metabolic and Systemic Tonic: Functions as a choleretic to stimulate bile flow and a natural blood purifier. It has also been used as a digestive bitter and appetite stimulant for those needing nutritional support.
  • Female Reproductive Wellness: Frequently used by natural health enthusiasts to support the female reproductive system and maintain healthy cycles.
  • Antimicrobial and Emotional Support: Possesses natural antimicrobial properties and is traditionally used as an emotional ally to help uplift spirits.
2. Holy Thistle (Silybum marianum)

High-potency antioxidant support for liver protection and cleansing. Commonly known as Milk Thistle, this plant is the primary source of the powerful flavonoid complex silymarin.

  • Liver Protection and Regeneration: Supports the liver in the release of toxins and assists the organ in returning to a healthy state. The active component, Silibinin, acts as an antioxidant that may protect liver cells by blocking the entrance of harmful impurities.
  • Digestive and Vital Organ Support: Used for constipation relief and general stomach wellness, while providing strengthening benefits for the heart, lungs, and kidneys.
  • Blood Purification: Traditionally believed to have great power in purifying and circulating the blood, helping to maintain clarity and comfort in the head and extremities.
  • Lactation Support: Long used by nursing mothers to help maintain a healthy and consistent supply of milk.
3. Malva Leaves (Malva verticillata)

Gentle emollient and expectorant for digestive and lung support. Also known as Chinese Mallow, these leaves have been cultivated for over 2,500 years for their soothing properties.

  • Gentle Digestive Care: Functions as a mild laxative to gently stimulate the bowels while soothing and softening irritated mucus membranes throughout the digestive tract.
  • Respiratory and Throat Comfort: Acts as a natural expectorant to soothe bronchial irritation and provide relief for the throat.
  • Fluid Balance: Serves as a mild diuretic to assist with the healthy retention of fluids and the management of frequent thirst.
  • Bioactive Compounds: Rich in mucilage, polysaccharides, and flavonoids that provide an emollient effect to soften tissues and support milk flow in nursing mothers.
4. Marsh Mallow Leaves (Althaea officinalis)

Mucilage-rich herb that protects and hydrates mucous membranes. Marsh Mallow is high in natural mucilage, a gummy substance that provides a protective layer for internal linings.

  • Gastrointestinal Soothing: Provides anti-inflammatory properties that support the digestive system, aiding with occasional indigestion and promoting regularity.
  • Respiratory Relief: The demulcent properties reduce mucous membrane irritation to assist with breathing difficulties, congested coughs, and smoker's cough.
  • Immune and Cellular Support: Boosts immunity at the cellular level and provides polysaccharides that form a protective film over mucosal tissues.
  • Topical and Structural Benefits: When used externally, it helps minimize skin inflammation and combat cellular oxidation. It has an inhibitory effect on hyaluronidase, which helps maintain moisture levels in the skin and supports the dermal structure.
5. Persimmon Leaves (Diospyros kaki)

Flavonoid-rich leaves for histamine balance and vascular strength. Originating in China, Persimmon leaves are prized for their high tannin and flavonoid content.

  • Allergy and Histamine Support: Helps reduce allergic reactions, such as itchy eyes or nose, by inhibiting the release of histamine through the action of the flavonoid astragalin.
  • Weight and Fat Management: Studies show that compounds in these leaves can bind to excess fat and assist in its removal from the body.
  • Vascular Strength: Supports the integrity of blood vessels, helping to strengthen weak veins and provide antihemorrhagic benefits to stop minor bleeding.
  • Skin Health: Relieves skin inflammation and helps prevent the water loss that leads to dry or irritated skin.
  • Cellular Protection: The natural tannins provide anti-hypertensive properties and help reduce the occurrence of abnormal cells through anti-mutagenic activity.

"What an amazing product! I was having trouble losing weight even with good nutrition and exercise. Martin recommended the Holy Tea to begin my weight loss and to give my body the jump start it needed. I noticed a tremendous improvement regarding the bloating that I had. Definitely would recommend this product to anyone."~ Julissa

"I have been suffering from Ulcerative Colitis since I was about 16 years of age and feel that I had it from birth. At age 33, I stopped taking all of the prescription meds and decided to devote my life to finding a cure. Over the past 8 years, I have tried a number of different alternative therapies and spent thousands of dollars on supplements. Nothing really worked that well. Dr. Miller's Holy Tea made me feel like it actually started to make a difference and I have only been on it about a month. My stools come out easier and I feel my colon is slowly healing after all these years. I have been recommending it to my friends who will listen."

"Not only did Holy Tea make me look years younger, I feel years younger too, and have more energy than ever. I tell everyone this is a 'must have' product." ~ Sally May, Jackson, TN (she lost 60+ pounds)

"As a member of the medical community, I was quite familiar with the causes, symptoms, and treatments available for Crohn's. I became much more knowledgeable in this regard as I became a victim of this so-called incurable disorder. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind as to the effectiveness and medical principals behind Dr. Miller's Holy Tea. I have experienced personally the pain and discomfort that results from Crohn's and I have also done exhaustive research into the possible treatments and cures. Dr. Miller's Tea is the only viable solution I am aware of for treating and clearing up this dreaded disease." ~ Dr. Dennis Read, Jackson, TN

"Since I began taking Dr. Miller's Holy Tea I no longer need to take Nexium - my Acid Reflux is totally cleared up. I dropped from 240 to 185 lbs, and even though I smoke 2 packs of cigarettes a day the doctor said he couldn't believe how clear my lungs are, as if I did not smoke. This Tea is the best health product I have ever taken!" ~ William Griffen, Jackson, TN

"I have been on Dr. Miller's Holy Tea for 12 years, both my husband and I. I had Crohn's Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and terrible acid reflux. I won't miss a day without drinking my tea. I used to have terrible knife-like sharp pains in my stomach from the Crohn's and IBS, and a great deal of discomfort from the acid reflux. Dr. Miller's tea has cleared all of this up, and I lost almost 30 pounds as well. My husband lost more weight than I did. I swear by the tea and would not be without it." ~ Ruth and Billy Hurt, Cedar Grove, TN

Ingredients

Contains:
Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus), Holy Thistle (Silybum marianum), Malva Leaves (Malva verticillata), Marsh Mallow Leaves (Althaea officinalis), Persimmon Leaves (Diospyros kaki).

8 tea bags - each bag makes 12 cups, or 3 to 4 days supply.

Instructions

Directions for Use

Easily to regulate your bowel health by adjusting the amount of tea you drink every day.

You are making an Infusion - do not boil the tea bags.

Use Energized Water for best results.

Start with one tea bag and 12 cups of hot water, best heated on stove or flame. Do not microwave your water.

Cover and let sit overnight (minimum 4-6 hours).

If you're not usually drinking enough water, add up to one gallon of Energized Water, herbal or black tea, or your favorite healthy drink. Feel free to add flavor with lemon, honey or maple syrup.

You may leave the Holy Tea tea bags in the beverage until all is consumed.

Leave it at room temperature, refrigerate or warm it up (on your stove).

Drink 2-4 ounces of the concentrate (estimate your dilution) at first to see how your body will react. Drink more if you can tolerate it.

The content of the used tea bags should be consumed. Add the herbs to soups, sauces, stews, salads, or on top of potatoes, pasta or rice. Be as creative as you like.

It is possible to experience a bit of discomfort during the first couple days. This is when your body is going through initial cleansing and elimination of old waste. Discomfort (cramping, gas, gurgling) should subside after a couple days.

Most people do not report any discomfort when they drink a small amount of the tea. Dr. Miller's Teas help to regulate your bowels movements to 2-3 times/day.

You should continue to drink Dr. Miller's Tea to break down toxic waste and flush it out of your body. When you feel that you aren't cleaning out fast enough, increase the tea strength or drink more of it. This will rid your body of undigested toxins and make you feel better... and you will see that you're actually expelling the toxicity that you have been fighting.

After the undigested remains of food are moved out (3-14 days for most), your bowel movements will return to normal and your health will start improving.

When you see black feces, it is the potentially REAL trouble being expelled. If you need some extra help, take ¼ teaspoon baking soda with 3 tablespoons of good quality Apple cider vinegar with the solid bits, followed by Dr. Miller's Tea.

Do this after breakfast and dinner. You could also add a glass of water with an ounce of the cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of honey. Sip that during the day. This is a very good method to help alkalize your system and to kill parasites, worms, and other unwelcome creatures.

You should consult with your physician before starting this or any other cleansing exercise or weight management program.

Recommended Use

Promotes gentle bowl regularity, soothes GI lining. Supports liver detox, weight management, respiratory and throat comfort, histamine release, energy, mood and nutrient absorption.

Plenty of fun for Gilbert fans!
Format: Hardcover
As in previous books in the series, Gilbert the Goblin complains about the problems he sees with Valentine's Day, what he calls 'mushy malarkey'. Young readers who don't care for the holiday will find much to relate to in the book. Although, Gilbert's complaints seem a tad trifling. Coconut chocolates are 'Blech'. He seems to have a special issue with the cupid's 'perfect', 'beautiful', and 'luxurious' hair. When Gilbert faces off with a group of cupids, he just barely manages to escape their love arrows, or so he thinks until he backs into a cactus in his own yard and believes he has been pricked by one such love arrow. He then becomes a goblin full of love. He loves his spells, his potions, even himself, but not coconut chocolates. He even welcomes his friends over to celebrate before bidding his pet sock slugs a fond goodnight. Good thing the love spell wears off. This funny book follows the pattern of the previous five books, but the addition of adorable cupids as well as Gilbert's beloved cactuses and pet sock slugs provides plenty of freshness as Gilbert once again (reluctantly) joins in the festivities. Plenty of fun for young fans of the series.

Best way to explore Paris
Format: Paperback
This book is awesome! I enjoyed reading it just as much as my kids did! I love the layout and the way that the book assigns the kids to be secret agents, but defers to the case officers (parents) for the final say. We were in Paris for 1 week and although the weather was less than cooperative, we were able to capture our 100 points and award our 4yo and 7yo their secret agent certificates. I love the fact that you can work on this book in any order and do as little or as much as you want at each attraction. The price was awesome and worth every penny. My 7yo particularly enjoyed the challenges at the Musee D'Orsay and the Louvre and it was a great way to keep those visits focused and entertaining for the kids. My 4yo was a little young to stay engaged with every "mission", but the activities were easy enough that she could help (ex. finding a winter scene in the Musee D'Orsay). I loved that this book engaged the kids but didn't detract from any of our visits (we didn't feel like we had to go "out of our way" to find anything). The only disappointment was that they didn't include Versailles and Sainte Chappelle. I have not only recommended this book to all my of friends traveling to Paris (honestly with or without kids), but I have also already purchased the similar books for London, New York, and Washington DC. Can't wait to see what other cities they add!
