Al naso si distinguono profumi floreali, note di crosta di pane, echi di frutta secca; al palato è cremoso, fresco, di buona persistenza.Prodotto in Piemonte dall'azienda vinicola Scrimaglio, lo spumante Alta Langa Brut è ottenuto da uve pinot nero e chardonnay. I vigneti sono posti su terreni di origine marina, con strati calcarei e marnosi. In seguito all'accurata vinificazione, lo spumante sosta per minimo 30 mesi: dopo il dosaggio avviene una sosta di alcuni mesi in bottiglia, prima di essere messo in commercio.
Originale aperitivo, accompagna preparazioni a base di pesce e molluschi.

Not great
Not pleased with these…at first very bright and seemed to hold charge well but as time has gone by they need to be charged ALOT! The glue doesn’t hold to the cabinet well. I wouldn’t buy them again based on them not holding charge long!
