Valentine's Package #2: Heart Shaped Luxurious Lobster Ravioli: Complete Dinner with Chocolate Strawberries for 2-3A special and decadent dinner entre. These heart shaped creamy ravioli (18) are packed with luxurious lobster meat (the main ingredient in the filling), creamy ricotta, caramelized onions, mozzarella and marscapone. Blush sauce, ciabatta, garlic butter and parmesan. Plus an organic mixed greens salad with house made raspberry vinaigrette, candied pecans, dried cranberries and feta. Six hand dipped Belgian chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.

 A special and decadent dinner entrée.

All salad ingredients come packaged individually. If you prefer all milk chocolate or all dark chocolate for your strawberries there is a possibility of customization at pick up or delivery, please note in comments.  Customization is not guaranteed but we will do our best.

• Hands on time: 0 minutes
  Cooking time: 4-6 minutes in boiling water. 

•  Keep ravioli frozen. Sauce should be thawed. It can be thawed by letting it rest in bowl of cold water. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add frozen ravioli to boiling water and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered (stirring gently) for 6-8 mins or until ravioli floats and reaches desired tenderness. Drain well. Warm sauce over med/low heat in saucepan. Do not boil! Sprinkle parmesan cheese on pasta and serve with garlic ciabatta bread and a salad.

   

• Dough: Non-gmo semolina flour (durham wheat, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), pasteurized liquid eggs, water. Filling: Lobster meat, Ricotta cheese (whey, sweet cream, culture, vinegar, salt), caramelized onions, mozzarella, marscapone cheese, panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, <2% of sugar, yeast, soybean oil, salt), heavy cream, salt, white pepper, spices.
