The Maumee Area of Concern Advisory Committee (MAAC) will hold its next meeting on Thursday, August 13, from 1:00-2:30pm. The meeting will be held virtually and will bring together partners to discuss ongoing restoration efforts, program updates, and future initiatives within the Maumee Area of Concern
Highlights of the meeting will include:
· Updates from the Ohio EPA on Beneficial Use Impairment (BUI) status and the Maumee AOC Management Action Plan (MAP)
· A report from the facilitating organization, Partners for Clean Streams (PCS).
· Partner updates, public comments, and other committee business.
Members and partners are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion as MAAC continues to advance restoration and recovery efforts throughout the Maumee Area of Concern.
